The All Action Party


Our all action Rush party venue package is a non-stop high energy party experience that includes 3 of Bazinga's popular entertainment services and the Rush Extreme Sport Park's amazing venue. When the big day arrives all the guests are welcomed at the Rush front desk and directed to the private party room by the Rush party host. Once the kids have put their Rush socks on and gone through the safety briefing its straight into the extreme sports park.

CATERING: Each of the private party rooms available at Rush include seating for all guests and parents as well as: Paper plates, cups, serviettes, a cake knife & lighter. The party package also includes party catering; a Bottomless slush puppy, fill-a-box party box each, pick'n mix sweet filled jars and a bottle of filtered water. So the Mom's and Dad's don't feel left out there is bottomless coffee and tea available.

ENTERTAINMENT:
Bazinga's entertainers arrive at the start of the party and after greeting the host will begin to make balloons and face-paint all of the little guests. Depending on the amount of children this will take between 90 minutes and an hour. Before all the little guests leave each one gets to take home a; branded sticker filled jar, Rush sunglasses and for the Birthday Child there is a complimentary Gift Voucher from Rush.

How to Book the Rush Party

Booking a party at Rush with Bazinga is easy peasy, just follow the simple steps below and viola! Your kids are gauranteed the bounciest, trounciest party ever.

PARTY DETAILS
Click on the cart icon at the top right of the page, confirm the services you are interested in and fill in your party information at the checkout, remember to check your party date and time carefully to avoid mistakes.

50% DEPOSIT
Once we receive your booking request we will contact you within 24 hours to confirm availability of the venue and services. Pay the 50% deposit fee and email us proof of payment to reserve your date and time. After the deposit is received we will mail you a link to fill in an online indemnity form for all the children attending the party.

Frequently Asked Questions


Do I need to sign indemnity for all the kids? You are required to complete a waiver for yourself including your child/children. Once your booking is finalised we will email you a link to the online indemnity form. Your party guests can either sign the online form or they can sign indemnity's in person on the day of the party.

When must numbers be confirmed by? Party numbers must be confirmed at least 7 days before the party. If you arrive on the day with less numbers you will be charged as per your confirmed booking. If you wish to increase numbers please let us know as soon as possible. It may not always be possible to accommodate all number increase requests as there is a restriction on numbers for safety purposes at Rush Extreme Sports Park.

Is there a minimum number for parties? The minimum number for a party is 10 people. We can however cater for parties of 40+ if required.

When should I order the party food? You can add additional catering to your order during the checkout process. Any changes to your order can be made up to 7 days prior to your party by contacting Rush directly.


Do parents need to stay at the party? The birthday parents are required to stay at the party and we request one additional adult per five children, if you have 15 children we expect the parents and one other adult to be present. Most importantly please note that the parent(s) hosting the party are responsible for the children attending the party, from the time they arrive until they have been collected by their own parent(s) / guardian(s). Parents must also be present in the party room when refreshments and the party food is being served.

Can the party be started in the party room? As full tummies and jumping are not an ideal mix, the party begins on the trampolines and the refreshments are served afterwards in the party room.

Do you assist with the party? You will be assigned a dedicated party host to ensure that all runs smoothly and the parents can relax and enjoy the party. 

When is final payment due? Final payment is due prior to your party booking date, but can be amended or changed up to 7 days before the actual party.
