Whether you are promoting a new product, organising a corporate function or planning a Birthday Bash, hiring a mascot is an ideal way to add excitement and fun to any occasion. Our trained performers know how to interact perfectly with your guests, whether its for photo's ops or giveaways our entertainers bring the fun and keep everyone smiling. Book a Mascot for your next event and add that something special that will make it unforgettable.


HOW IT WORKS

On the day of the event your performer will arrive 20 minutes prior to the booking start time, in order to discuss with the host the brief and how things are going to run. After discussing the event with the organiser they will take 10 minutes to change into the Mascot Costume before starting the event. *Please note that your performer will need a private location to change in and out of his costume as well as take breaks during the event. 

Each session lasts for 45 minutes with a 15 minute break in between. Our performers are experienced professionals and will interact with the children and guests while staying in role of the Mascot character. *Please note that for events of 5 hours or more, or events in busy locations we require that a handler accompanies our Mascots. The cost of hiring a handler is R150 per hour.

  • ADD TO CART

    Add the Mascot you would like to hire to your cart, fill in your party information on the checkout page, remember to carefully check the date and time to avoid mistakes.

  • 50% DEPOSIT

    One of our party planners will email you to confirm details and provide you with an invoice. Pay the 50% deposit and send proof of payment to reserve your party time and date.

  • CONFIRMATION

    In the week leading up to your event, our party planners will email you a reminder and confirmation of your booking.

*T's & C's: All deposits and payments for party bookings are non-refundable, Bazinga Parties reserves the right to deny requests to reschedule bookings in the week prior to the confirmed date.
