What Can I Expect?

When the big day comes around your face-painter will arrive 10 minutes prior to your party start time to setup their face-painting station and get ready to start entertaining the little ones. Since the children will be sitting for 4 - 5 minutes for a face paint and standing in line while waiting, the entertainer should set up in a shaded area if possible.

Our talented face-painters can paint roughly 12 - 15 faces in an hour, if there are more children on the day, your entertainer will discuss extending the time (when possible) with you once their booked time is up. If you are hosting a kids party please let your face-painter know when you would like to sing Happy Birthday so that they can pause the entertainment and help you round up the kids.

Book Face Painting in Cape Town

Our easy system makes makes booking the Alphen Party a breeze. Simply follow the 3 steps below and relax you have just booked the best party ever!

RESERVE THE DATE

Click on the "book" button on this page, check our availability on our online calendar and select an entertainer. (All of our calendars are synced to show up-to-date availability)

PAYMENT

Pick a payment method and enter in your card details, we accept all Credit and Cheque cards. (Your card won't be charged until we confirm the party) Alternatively select "on site" and we will send you an invoice for payment.

CONFIRMATION

As soon as we receive your booking we will confirm our availability and debit your preferred payment method.

*The T’s & C’s: Need to cancel your event? If you cancel more then 2 weeks prior to your event date we refund at 95% (To cover our card / bank fees). If cancellations occur less than 14 days prior to your event we refund at 75%. Cancellations due to CoVid are offered an option to rebook a new date free of charge.
**If you made a payment and we were unable to assist with the date or time that you booked, we refund in full.
