The Venue Package
The Alphen hotel venue offers a 5 star party service in a stunning location. The rolling lawn area area where the parties are hosted includes:
- 4 x high white cocktail tables
- 4 x umbrellas
- 1 x table and white tablecloth for the cake. The large lawn area provides the perfect location for the little ones to enjoy an active party while the parents relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The Alphen venue package includes a kids pizza and juice box per child, a waiter assigned to every party and so the parents don't feel left out the Alphen Hotel has a variety of canapés and beverages available that can be pre-ordered directly from their events department. (Food, beverage orders and enquiries: Events@alphen.co.za)
The entertainment for the Alphen Party Package includes three of Bazinga's most popular services; face-painting, party games and balloon art run by two staff members for 2 hours.

Can We Bring our Own Cake?
There is an additional cake charge of R200 per party if you would like to bring in a cake. The Alphen Hotel doesn't allow other baked items to be brought in to the venue, they do however have a great selection of cupcakes and treats that can be pre-ordered.
What About Party Packs for the Kids?
The Alphen Hotel allows clients using the party venue to bring in their own party packs (sweets and candy) for the kids.
Is There a Charge for Parents that Want to Stay at the Party?
There is a minimum spend requirement of R200 at the restaurant per adult, for parents attending the party. (This is exclusive of a 10% service charge that is added to the final bill and not included in the minimum spend)
Can we order food for adults?
All food needs to be pre ordered from the Alphen Canapé Menu. Additional Pizzas can be ordered on the day from your assigned waiter.
Can I extend the 3 hour party time?
Yes you can! The Alphen Hotel charges an additional R2500 per hour if you wish to extend your party time. (Beyond the 3 hours included in the package).
Can I use my own suppliers for entertainment, jumping castles etc..?
All entertainment and party rentals have to be booked through Bazinga Parties.
Can I Hire Extra Furniture for the Adults?
As the venue hire fee included in our party package pricing is only for children. A venue hire fee of R5000 for the adults will be charged by the Alphen Hotel if you wish to bring in additional furniture for the parents.
